Digital Products — No Refunds

All products sold by Contour are digital downloads (e-books). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered and accessed.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment
- You waive your right to a 14-day withdrawal period under EU consumer law, as the digital content has been made available to you immediately
- No refunds will be issued after the product has been downloaded or accessed

Exceptions

If you have not received your product due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us at hello@contour.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
